The cornerstones of our business are the professional experience and proven track record of the project sponsors.
After a detailed due diligence process on the target and the team, we work together to develop the project and create opportunities with the most favourable reward-risk ratio for our investors.
We look for project sponsors who understand and are able to manage expected and unexpected risks, and always bear in mind alignment of risks and interests.
We set up separate funds for each project, so we look for project sponsors who are willing to be a part of the investment process from idea creation to the last disbursement, and who can provide arm’s length based services to the investment fund implementing the project.
We need project sponsors to be substantial co-investors in the funds,
as this ensures that project sponsors and investors are always on the same page.
Sometimes the capital and/or returns of the project sponsors are subordinated to those of the investors.
