Gábor Kutas
Chair of the Board, CEO and one of Recorde Asset Management’s major indirect shareholders. He is responsible for investment activities, sales, product development and investor relations. Relying on the experience he had gained at London-based banks and several European stock exchanges, Gábor founded DCF Consulting in 2005, where he was managing partner for 10 years. From 2016 to 2021, he was Deputy CEO and Member of the Board at Biggeorge Fund Management, playing a significant role in their success. Gábor studied at the University of Economics and Business, Vienna and spent the final year of his BSc at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, obtaining a degree in management. He received a master’s degree in international finance in France, at the CERAM ESC business school, and he obtained a DEA at Université de Nice.
Zsolt Grebicsaj
Member of the Board and Chief Operation Officer at Recorde Asset Management. Zsolt has been working in the Hungarian capital market since 1997. He joined Erste Investment Ltd. in 1999 and as Member of the Board he was responsible for operational areas until 2018. After that he worked as a consultant, providing support to investment service providers and financial institutions on market entry and operations. Zsolt was a member of the Settlement Committee of the Budapest Stock Exchange for 17 years. He has a degree from the University of Economics of Budapest (now Corvinus University).
János Samu
Member of the Board at Recorde Asset Management and Deputy CEO of Concorde Securities Ltd. since 2018. János started working for Concorde in 2004 as a macroeconomist, and later he became the Head of the Research Department. Before joining Concorde, he was chief economist at the HungarianGovernment Debt Management Agency. He has been a member of the Index Committee of the Budapest Stock Exchange since 2017.
Andrea Nagy
Head of Back Office at Recorde Asset Management Ltd. She has a degree in Economics with Computing from Dennis Gabor University. She got into the Hungarian fund management sector in 2001, when she worked on the establishment of the first real estate investment fund in Hungary. Andrea later worked at Diófa Asset Management Ltd, supporting the operation of real estate investment funds as head of property back office.
